At Loughborough Tom Hall and Madeleine Meatyard took both the experienced recurve gold medals for Warwick.  Louis Richardson and James Jeffs completed the gent’s podium whilst Rebekah Tipping and Sarah Warner took 2nd and 3rd in ladies recurve. Birmingham took 5 out of 6 novice recurve medals. Guy Coop and Tupa Silva took gold, Miles Verdon and Warwick’s Gillian Yu took silver and Jamal Rahman and India Wilson completed the podiums. Loughborough’s Jonathan Ellis and Alex Brown took the Longbow and Barebow golds respectively.

At Trent, Sherman Ip took the gents recurve gold with Rob Gray and Harry Ives-Keeler rounding out the podium.  It was business as usual in ladies recurve with Charlie Birch taking the top spot followed by Lydia Sinnett-Smith and Sophie Goodwin.

In novice gents recurve the Cambridge duo of Antonio Rubino and Alistair Houston took the top two spaces with third going to Trent’s Matt Lamacraft.

Nottingham achieved a similar result in novice ladies recurve with Rachael Armitage and Ieva Lipska first and second respectively, Trent’s Valarie Wood took bronze.

Richard Morris took gold in Compound whilst Sam Day was the best of the Longbows. Michael Warman took the barebow gold.
